    Did you follow the steps in this article on setting up SSO for your account? https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696514-Setting-Up-Single-Sign-On-SSO-for-Your-Enterprise

    Accounts on Business Plan and higher can set this up and you must be the Primary Admin of your Box account to be able to proceed.

    If you've made sure these requirements were followed but you are still getting error setting this up, please complete this form and a member of our team will help look into it.

    I am trying to change the IDP on my ORG account from JumpCloud to Okta and it states that I need to contact "BOX user service. Where is the link for this so that I can get this integration done in a timely manner?
