SSO with Okta
Hi
I tried setting up SSO with Okta.
After uploading the metafile and waiting for a day, I get a notification saying "Your SSO connection had errors during set up.
In order to help troubleshoot your connection, please submit a case to Box User Services here. "
But the link just directs me to this forum.
Can someone help me out?

Did you follow the steps in this article on setting up SSO for your account? https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696514-Setting-Up-Single-Sign-On-SSO-for-Your-Enterprise
Accounts on Business Plan and higher can set this up and you must be the Primary Admin of your Box account to be able to proceed.
If you've made sure these requirements were followed but you are still getting error setting this up, please complete this form and a member of our team will help look into it.
