'Best Practices' for inviting prospective investors to a Box VDR (virtual data room)?

We've nearly completed uploading all of our Company's due diligence content into a series of folders.  What's the best way to manage the invitation and access of the many reviewers of this content?  Do we create separate folders/groups for each party?  Is there a good Box Support 'how-to' link for this?  Any/all help is greatly appreciated!

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  You can invite them as collaborator to your file or folder with different permission levels or you can just grant them a previewer access by simply creating Shared Links.
