can’t receive an invite due to the existing login

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
Did you receive a collaboration invite to join a folder or an invite from a Business account to join their Box instance as their managed user?
If it's the latter, please note that all exisitng free users are welcome to join a Business account from Box as initiated by the Box Admin. This prompt may appear but your Admin should be able to proceed.
