Editor Collaborator unable to upload photos
AnsweredI have given Editor access for a top-level folder to my daughter to enable her to upload photos to my Box Account. However, she receives a 'Sync Error' each time she tries to upload any photos.
It is not a storage issue as I have used hardly any of my 10GB free storage space, and the photos my daughter is trying to upload are each less than 5 MB. I have also checked that she has Editor access.
Please explain why this is happening, and advise how to overcome this problem.

Did the user uploaded the file through her local Box Sync folder? If yes, can the user try to upload it directly in box.com?
Let us know if an error will occur in the Box website. And you may attach a screenshot in this post.
