Access problem when sharing public links
AnsweredIn order to share video creative with lots of internal partners we create a link that can be viewed by anyone with the URL. This seems to work most of the time but when putting the public links into an email newsletter it sometimes reverts back to a 'request access' tab once clicking the link. Do you know why this is and how it can be stopped as the link should automatically go to Box to view the file when clicking?

- Disable your plugins/add-ons/extensions in multiple browsers, here's how.
- Clear your cache and cookies if that helps.
