Previews won't load
AnsweredHello,
I have a significant number of files for which I keep getting the message,
"We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please re-upload the file or contact Box support."
We've attempted to re-upload the files, but to no avail, so I am hoping to contact Box support for assistance.

Sorry to hear about your issue accessing your box file(s) and at this point, did you already tried the following?
- Kindly use your alternate browser.
- Make sure your browser's up to date.
- Clear your cache and cookies, here are the steps.
- Make sure your firewall is configured.
- Disable your plugins/add-ons/extensions in multiple browsers.
- Restart your machine.
