Unable to set password
AnsweredA shared folder from client needs password set up, but if I try to do so from account, error shows stating "problem occured while setting password.

- Login to box.com using your alternate browser.
 - Make sure your browser is up to date.
 - Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
 - Restart your machine.
