Shown Storage Used in account setting and Actual Storage Used differ
AnsweredI have an account with 50GB storage space. Recently I can't upload file as it is shown that I have exceeded using my storage space. After deleting many folder, now it is shown that I used 49.9GB and I can upload again.
However, when I add up all the folders size, it is only 14.9GB. There is a mismatch between actual storage used and shown storage used.
Any clue how to resolve this?
