Account Storage Recalculation

I had issues related to the available storage space (shown as the storage limit reached but the space was available) that you have rectified by running a script. This issue happened three times in three months. I suggest that it will be more useful if you provide a button for running that script from the user end.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
