Storage Space Inaccuracy.... Once Again
AnsweredWell, for who knows how many times now, I'm being told my storage limit has been reached, and it hasn't. I even tried emptying trash and deleting extra files, and as I predicted, it did no good. I know you guys will never fix this issue that's been around for over a decade, so you could you please fix it temporarily again, at least until this happens again? Just baffles me that Box hasn't fixed this issue after all these years and with all the similar items i see in the support forums.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
