I am trying to get into my company Box account on line. I enter my login details but then I just get a black screen. The system doesn't even send me a code to my phone. Can you help?

  To help fix your login issue, please try these troubleshooting steps: 

  • Use your alternate browser and log in to box.com. 
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Make sure your browser and Operating System are up to date. 
  • Restart your machine and/or connect to a different network connection.
