Viewer can't view videos, only photos

I have been inviting folks as a Viewer and they seem to be able to see them fine. However, they've been receiving an error message whenever they try to view any videos.The error message says "We’re sorry, you don’t have permission to preview this file." I also unlocked the video, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

- Has the affected user tried to download (given the affected user have permission) the affected file locally and can the user preview the content?
- Please have the affected user to clear his/her browser's cache and cookies.
- Use a different browser, network connection and machine.
- Can the affected user check if his/her browser's up to date?
- Check his/her firewall if it's configured.
- Disable Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions
