To address your issue with Box preview:
- Make sure you're running your browser's most updated version.
- Try another browser, machine and network connection.
- Check your firewall and make sure it's configured.
- Disable Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196613-How-To-Disable-Plugins-Add-Ons-Extensions-In-Multiple-Browsers
- Try to download the file and re-upload it.
