Hi,

I keep getting the message 

'We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please refresh the page'.

I deleted all of my cache and it still does not work. I am using Microsoft edge,

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  To address your issue with Box preview: 

  • Make sure you're running your browser's most updated version. 
  • Try another browser, machine and network connection. 
  • Check your firewall and make sure it's configured. 
  • Disable Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions.  https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196613-How-To-Disable-Plugins-Add-Ons-Extensions-In-Multiple-Browsers
  • Try to download the file and re-upload it.
