Inaccurate Storage Information
AnsweredHi, the storage usage for my Box account is inaccurate after I deleted some folders. I understand from an article that Box support will be able to run a script to fix this. Please run the script for my account. Thank you!

We have corrected your account storage as you've requested. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
