Reset Storage Usage
AnsweredIs this how to contact customer support? Like many, I also need storage usage reset. It is claiming I'm using far more than I've manually counted up. Considering I pay for this service I'm extremely upset that this is still an issue.

There are 65+ GIGs that I should have access to that I do not have access to!!! And I badly need to upload files!!! I pay for 100 gigs and it's telling me I've used 89 gigs, which is not possible. The trash is emptied and I've deleted most of the largest stuff I can, and it still never updates! Unreal.

We have corrected your account storage on your account. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
