Downloading saved files

We are a chiro office in US..patient charts/records have been uploaded to BOX by our previous software vendor.  We would like to download them to our current vendor.  How do we do this?  I have questions regarding the download format, and if charts would need to be downloaded individually or as a bulk.  I would appreciate a representative contacting me with information and instructions.  May be contacted via email of file or via phone
