    We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

    Hi Box team,

    I'm having an error with a user account not being able to upload a file due to error message "account storage limit reached'. However, the user only has 70 MB of their allotted 10 GB used so far.

    Please rerun the storage clean up script on my account, again. It's grossly over estimating my storage. This issue really affects my use of Box and has me looking for a alternate solutions.
