Says my storage is full after deleting a lot
AnsweredI've deleted files, but my storage still incorrectly registers over 10GB used. I'm unable to upload any files now because my account thinks I've reached my storage limit.
Please help!!

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
