Deleted all files but still it shows 9.6GB of 10 GB used

Please check my account as i deleted all the files as it shows insufficient storage but after clearing all the files, storage showed as 9.6GB of 10 GB used. Kindly check and solve this issue

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
