Backup Box Folder to external harddrive

We have over 20 g of files in our Box account. I try to download the folders from the on-line site and from my Mac but it times out. for security reasons I want a backup of the folders to ensure we are protected. Does anyone have a method to easily download or transfer all the folders to an external hard drive?

    It suxs that Mac's time machine doesn't have access to the folder to back up
