Deleted files but not freeing up enough space again

I have deleted some of my files BOX, but still reported not freeing enough space. Suspect the issue is same as what been reported before

Appreciate if can look into this issue.

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
