Storage is full, but it shouldn't be
AnsweredHave hit the storage limit and removed a number of files, but Box is still advising my account is full.
Could you please review/recount the storage in my account. Have done this previously and it has worked.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
