Can't change my password
CompletedI signed up via Google SSO and when I try to change my password (I currently have no password) to access a file that requires a strong password, I repeatedly get an error message. This occurs on both Safari and Chrome.
I just want to access a file, this is ridiculous! And why can't I speak to anyone???

Just found a workaround. Incognito didn't do it for me, but this did.
1. Log out of Box.
2. Login to Box using email, NOT Google.
3. BEFORE entering password, click "Reset Password" below.
4. Go to your email used in step 1, Reset password via provided link.
5. Login to Box using email and new password, NOT Google.
