Incorrect Free Storage Space on My Account
AnsweredMy Box account only has a few file on it totaling about 154 Megabytes, but it says that I am using a whopping 6.5 out of my 10 total available Gigabytes. My trash is empty and there are no other files I can even see to delete. It's is obviously a glitch of some kind, how can I resolve this?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
