Storage and File Count and Size Incorrect - Making Clean-Up Difficult
AnsweredGood day. I recently joined Box, and have been moving all of the data from my hard-drives onto Box. I finally completed this task, and am now doing a cleanup. This has proven to be challenging because I think that a folder is empty and then it shows that there are still files there and that it is not a 0B folder.
Sometimes, there are actually files there (they take a moment to load and refresh), and sometimes it seems like this is just a bug. I am afraid to delete anything now because I might lose files.
Can a script be run to correct the counts please?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
