problem with storage - i have 1 GB of files stored but Box says its 12.3 GB

My Box account only has a few file on it totaling about 1 GB, but it says that I am using 12.3 GB.    My trash is empty and there are no other files I can even see to delete.  Can Box please reset our account

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
