My box account isn't registering accurately
AnsweredOnline all of my folders are empty but it also says storage is full. On the desktop the files show but they don't register up to 10GB.
I'm not sure what's going on.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
