I'm unable to create folders, and get the following messageThank you.

  Allow me to ask these questions regarding your error.

  • Is this the error when you're creating your own folder?
  • Are you creating a sub-folder beneath a shared folder?
  • If it's a shared folder you're working on, make sure you have permission to create new folder(s).

  Hi! I have the same problem.

  I get the same message when I trying to create a new folder. I'm Trying to do it in a shared folder (I'm not the owner), but I have permission to make folders.

  Hello, myself and my counterpart are having the same issue. How can this be fixed? I have had an account for almost 2 years and have never had this problem.
