Can not use account. Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.
AnsweredI cant see any files and folders on my account. Except that I cant go any other settings either.
Like, View profile or Account setting, if I click there it got completely white window and once refresh I got error "This page isn`t working". It is same on other browser as well on mobile browser. When I try to login on mobile app I dont receive 2nd authorisation code and there is no other option to select.

To help address your log in issue, you can run these troubleshooting steps.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Please try different browsers, network connection or/and machine.
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
- Restart your machine.
