Sometimes it works fine and I can see the shared folders and other times I get this "
Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for
This makes it very hard to effective and efficiently do my job. I am behind on projects because of this message.

Whenever you get this error while accessing your folders. Please run these troubleshooting steps.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Try temporarily disabling or configuring your firewall to allow Box as a trusted site. You may find that your anti-virus software includes a built-in firewall that is impacting performance. Please contact your IT administrator or internal Help Desk.
- Your plugins, add-ins, extensions may be at play. With that try disabling it.
- Restart your machine.
