Access to app.box.com was denied.

We are receiving the error " Access to app.box.com was denied" . You don't have user rights to view this page - HTTP ERROR 403.
Can some help to resolve this issue asap.

To help you access box.com, please try the following steps.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browsers, network connection and/or machine.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
- Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:

Hello every,
I am experiencing the following error when trying to access the Box main page, dashboard or any shared Box link. Each time I attempt to open Box, it redirects me to the error page shown below.
“Error: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /sign/ from this server.”I have tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still not resolved:

Cleared browser cache and cookies

Tested multiple browsers on the same machine

Uninstalled and reinstalled the browser
Note:
The same Box account works correctly on another computer and can access Box Drive and folders without any issue. -
