I Cannot delete my file
AnsweredWhen trying to delete a file on my storage by logging into BOX, an error message in a red pop-up appears saying, "An issue occurred while executing the Request Please try again." and the file cannot be deleted. Is there a solution for this issue?

Are you deleting an owned file or just a collaborated file? If it's the latter, please make sure that you have the correct permission to delete shared files.
Understanding Collaborator Permission Levels
Meanwhile, if its your owned file you're having a hard time deleting, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser.
- Restart your machine.
