Preview is not loading for some files
AnsweredThe team is not able to preview one particular file to work on it online. An error appear - "This preview didn’t load. Please try to open or download the file to view". Other files in the folder works fine, no issues. It is important to have opportunity to work on this file in Preview mode so few people can make updates in the same time. To download file, update and save is not an option as few people can't work on the file in parallel. What can be a reason for such problem and how this can be resolved? The size of this file is 85MB (excel file with multiple tabs)

Please make sure that your affected file is listed as File Types and Fonts Supported in Box Content Preview.
If the affected file is a supported file type, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. .
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
- Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:
