Missing folders

Hello,

I just found out, approx. 50% of my folders are missing, as they are at disposal for other collaborators, there are not deleted by their owner. Neither are they in my trash.

The notice is "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." or 

Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

Can you help me, please?

  Hi Michaela, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  The following errors indicate that you don't have permission to access the shared folders. (1) "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." This is your error when trying to access a shared link URL. 

  Meanwhile, for (2) "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." Will be your error once your collaboration access has expired or have been removed. 

  Note that both errors can be resolved by reaching out to the folder owner.
