Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
You're likely to get an error while adding a personal free user. This serves as a reminder that you're adding an existing Box user.
Here's what you can do.
- Continue to add the user, and when this error appears, "1 user failed to be added", ignore the error message and press the Save button again. Saving a second time will begin the invitation process.

This did not work. Can we arrange a call? I read it one of the forms that I can submit an email with the end user in question and with his approval, his account can be migrated over to an enterprise account. I would like to get this done today if possible since we’re waiting for this account to be set up properly to conduct business.
