Is there such a thing as "Sharing a file with your whole company", not just a shared link?

Hi, does Box support sharing a file with your whole company? For instance, if you take a look at the screenshot from Google Drive I have below, it allows you to select either "Can find in search results" or "Must have link to access".

Does Box allow users to share files and make them searchable by other users in the company, or are we limited to only creating a shareable link and manually sending that to all the users?

  When you share access to your file via shared link, its viewer won't get to use the search function. 

  To grant your colleague with search access, please invite collaborators.
