Add existing user into my enterprise

I need to add a user to our company account plan but I am getting the error stating "Email already used in Box account but not associated with an enterprise".

You're likely to get an error while adding a personal free user. This serves as a reminder that you're adding an existing Box user.
Here's what you can do.
- Continue to add the user, and when this error appears, "1 user failed to be added", ignore the error message and press the Save button again. Saving a second time will begin the invitation process.
