Support told me to update to the latest box for Salesforce version 4.0. after installing, go to Box Configuration page (in Lightning) and then reconnect.

This solved the issue for us. And it also works seamlessly with classic with no extra configuration steps beyond the few clicks it has you do on the configuration page.

Thanks, Jeremy. This solved my issue as well.

Box.com, if you're listening, it's completely unacceptable to break Salesforce Integrations with your "upgrades". Especially with no notice to your customers. Unacceptable!

    Hi there,

Was there a solution for this? Users in my office are reporting this as well.

    Thanks!

    Having the same issue.

As an admin I can create folders, but users that are not are experiencing this issue.

We are getting the following error message when trying access some of the Box folder from Salesforce (but not all of them)

    Unknown field: box.BoxObject.UserVO.group_type

Error is in expression '{!accessTokenRequest}' in component in page box:boxsection: (System Code)

    Hi  and others,

Thanks for your post and question! If you're having trouble creating folders, check out some of the article guides here on SalesForce troubleshooting. If those do not help, this would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and will require specific account information. If so, you should contact Box Support to help you directly.

Hi - We're all of a sudden receiving the same error. Did this ever get resolved for you? If so, what was the fix? Thanks in advance.

we are getting a similar error right now:

    Unknown field: box.BoxObject.CollaborationResponse.is_access_only

Error is in expression '{!createFolder}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page box:boxsection: (System Code)

I disconnected and re-authorized admin and personal Box connection settings, but no luck.

When we click Create Folder button, it actually does create the folder which can be seen via Box.com, but the error displays in salesforce instead of displaying the Box folder.

I am getting the same error right now. Already tried reconnecting the Admin and still getting the same issue. Any solution available?
