How do I change the font size of my folder names? They shrunk and I can barely read them.

    Hi ,

Thanks for your post. There isn't a way to change the font or font size of the folder name, but it shouldn't change in any case.

This may be an issue with your view of your browser screen and you can zoom in to have a larger view of your Box folder.

This is not acceptable for those who are having difficulty reading (as we get older this happens.....)...so being able to increase the fonts on the files is necessary, and should be incorporated to those with disability...This should be one many of us "older generation" will be asking for.....

    ,

If the text in your browser has gotten smaller, it is your browser, not Box. If you click control-0 (command-0 on Mac) it will return your browser font to the default size. If you want to make it bigger, replace the zero with "+" (so control-+). That will increase the font size being displayed.

    I hope that helps,

    Bob

I was having this issue in Salesforce Lightening, but realized that it if I click on "Files" instead of scrolling down to Box the view is better.

I was having the same issue.  Control-0 fixed the problem.  thank you Bob Flynn.
