I am trying to set up box sync for my office. Particulary, I'm trying to set up a master file of all commonly used files such as letterheads for ease of use.
Everyone I've shared the file with can now use this file with box sync on their individual computers, except one. This computer/user can't see any of the shared files in box sync. When Box is opened in the browser, all the shared files/folders can be seen. It's box sync and her desktop where these files are not accessible. All she can see are her files. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling box sync and re syncing everything, but nothing has changed.
Any advice would be appreciated.
