Folder got deleted
Hi Team,
A folder is deleted from the box .Owner of the folder was out of IBM. Team need access to the folder.Could you please assist. The previous owner added one of the current member as co-owner aswell

Have you tried to recover the deleted folder from the owner or deleter's Trash?Please check out this article on Managing Trash to learn more about this.
If the folder has been deleted in Trash, there is still a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can recover your content.

If a previous user owns the content that you've lost access to, you'll need to contact your Box admin to help in locating the content.
You'll want to check with them the status of the Box account of the previous employee and see if his contents was deleted with his account or if admin transferred his contents to someone else.
Your admins may run "Reports" to investigate what happened to the missing folder you had access to.

I have same issue - one important folder with all teaching materials got deleted, mistakenly. As you suggested, I tried to retrieve in folder Bin (but unable to find the folder name 'Managing trash', I believe they both mean the same). I cannot find this folder in Bin.
Could you please tier up this urgently, because we aren't sure when it has disappeared? And, how can I share more private information ?
