Reached the 10GB upload max
Hello,
One of my consultants only has a 10GB allowance and has now reached this. How can i increase this so that he can continue to upload files?

To clarify, is your consultant a managed user of your Box organization or is he an external collaborator?
If your consultant is a managed user of your account, admins can easily increase the user's storage allocation following the steps in this article:
If the user is an external collaborator with a personal Box account, their storage limit is up to 10GB and there is no way to further increase that. However, if the user is collaborating in a folder you or your company owns, he should be able to continue uploading if there's enough space on the user account that owns the collaborative folder, this is due to storing data in will count towards whoever owns the folder.
