Box is saying storage is full (10 / 10 GB used) but i can only see about 3 GB of files
I have tried clearing so many files and bring it down, now it says 9.5 / 10 gb but there should be about 6 GB free or more.
I also cleared the trash folder to free up some room
It seems like there is about 6 or 7 gb of unaccounted for space missing

According to this thread, the support team can fix this known issue with a script.

How do i get the support team to run the script on my account?

I am also having this exact same issue.. There are no files on my account and yet it is saying that 35gb of my 50 are used.. This seems like a problem and could lead up to being a costly one for you, Box, especially if people are paying for said storage and you are taking it from them..
