Box is saying storage is full (10 / 10 GB used) but i can only see about 3 GB of files

    I have a similar problem. the setting shows

    Storage Used

    102.0 GB of 100.0 GB

    but my account is empty. I have deleted all the files.

    I also have the same issue : 1,14 GB free of 15Gb whil the drive and trash is empty for the last month

    It shows that I am using 2.3GB of 10GB but it says I am out of storage.  forcing me to buy more.  How do I fix it.

    I am also having this exact same issue.. There are no files on my account and yet it is saying that 35gb of my 50 are used.. This seems like a problem and could lead up to being a costly one for you, Box, especially if people are paying for said storage and you are taking it from them..

    No way to recover one of my folders, even if I delete files in the box.sync desktop app, or in the console, It is a mess.... any help available?
