    I would suggest reaching out to your account team and requesting the report. I'm unable to run the report either and have to ask the team for one. Be forewarned, our company has 55 million objects in Box and the report was 16GB in size.

    I have the same thing occurring. I have attempted to download the Folders and Files Report from the Admin Console on several occasions over the past few weeks. The report has not appeared in the Box Reports folder.

    Did you have any luck requesting the report from Box?

    No, gave up and we are no longer using Box anyway, moved to sharepoint.

    Hi Everyone, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Folder and file report can take time to export depending on how much data is to be collected so we recommend giving it a day to allow to complete. If after 24hrs, it still have not exported, you could be running into scale issues.

    There is a 10 million item limit on this report. If an organization has greater than 10 million items, the report will not run. 

    If you think this is the case for your organization, you would need to reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manage or CSM who can help request this type of report for you.

    I am having the same problem whether i run the report for all folders, or just one selected folder i get nothing.

    It doesn't even appear in the status list as "running". It just does nothing at all.
