Unable to Scroll Through Files
Suddenly, the scroll function is not working in Box to scroll through the listing of files and folders. Any idea what might be causing that to happen?

We have a few initial troubleshoot tips that may help:
- Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when scrolling through your files
- Try logging in to your Box account with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s
If things still don't function as expected, please go ahead and submit a ticker to your Product Support team on this page and provide as much information as your can on this issue so they can further investigate.
