Can't Preview in Windows Explorer

Hello,

 

My Box files won't show up in the Preview Pane in Windows Explorer. Local docs (Word, PDF, etc..) do show up, but not Box files.

How can I fix this?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Previews of Box files are not visible in the Windows Explorer Preview Pane unless the file is cached (has been opened) or marked for offline.

  I have this same issue.  Are you supposed to uncheck "Make Available Offline"?
