Query about Concurrent sessions and Session Timeout
Hello Team,
Question on Concurrent Sessions:
1.What is the max number of concurrent sessions allowed in Box ?
2.Does it allow account admins to limit the number of sessions?
Question on Session Timeout: 1.What is the default session timeout limit for Box?
2. Is it possible to change the Session timeout for our accounts if required?
Note: Please note we use Box@IBM which is logged in via SSO.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Jagadeesh,
Welcome to the Box Community!
I don't believe we have a feature called "Concurrent Sessions" but what we have is "Session Duration"
Session Duration: Here, you can set a limit on how long a managed user can stay logged into his or her account without activity. Default session duration is set for 48 hours.
An Enterprise Admin can change this setting by going to the Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Security tab.

Hi Jagadeesh,
Thanks for following up!
Correct, Box does not have the settings that will allow admin to limit concurrent sessions of a user logged in Box.
Box does have a security feature called "Device Pinning" in which admins can control usage and/or restrict the number of unique devices a user can utilize to access different Box applications, such as Box Sync, Box Mobile Applications, etc.).
